Privacy in the Azat and his drawings iOS app
Updated October 7, 2026
About this notice
This notice applies to the iOS app and supplements our main privacy policy. The main policy identifies the controller, contact details, processing grounds, user rights and request procedures.
App functionality
The app and backend process your account ID, name, email, preferences and access status. At your choice, they store artworks, photos, descriptions, comments, messages and support requests. Subscription status and purchase verification records provide access and restore purchases. Apple processes payment details; the app does not receive them.
Notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service use a technical installation identifier and notification token to deliver push notifications. Notification permission is separate from tracking permission. You can disable notifications in iOS and app settings.
Analytics and the advertising identifier
iOS version 1.0.26 and later use AppMetrica (Yandex) and Google Analytics for Firebase. After tracking permission is granted, AppMetrica receives the device advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure app advertising effectiveness and installation attribution. The services receive technical device and app version information and events for screens, sections, push opens, successful login and registration, warm-up answers and completion, lesson completion marks and live stream joins. Events are linked to your internal account ID, account type and access tier. AppMetrica also processes error and crash diagnostics. Services may infer approximate geography from the IP address. The app does not request or send GPS coordinates to these services.
Your choice
The iOS system prompt lets you allow tracking or decline. Analytics SDK transmission is disabled before permission and after refusal; pre-permission events are not queued for later transmission. Refusal does not limit login, learning, portfolios, subscriptions or other features. You can change your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Revocation stops analytics transmission and IDFA use. Firebase advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled. No advertisements are displayed in the app.
Excluded event contents
Analytics event parameters do not contain your email, name, password, message contents, artworks, artwork descriptions, payment details or specific navigation URLs. Signing out clears the analytics account ID. Third-party analytics and measurement of our own advertising operate within your permission choice; data is not sold.
Retention and requests
Data is used and retained as necessary for the stated purposes, according to the main policy and service settings. Revoking permission stops future transmission but does not itself erase previously transmitted data. Contact the controller through the main policy to request access, correction or deletion. Account deletion is available in the app; legally required payment records may be retained.
