How do I pay for a subscription or a purchase?

Pick a plan on the Subscription page (/podpiska); ref packs, brushes, the marathon and sessions with Azat go into the cart (/checkout). You pay by card through YooKassa, and everything in the cart is paid in one go. We never see your card details — the payment is handled entirely by the payment provider.

I paid but my access didn’t open

Accepted Answer

Access usually opens within a minute, but sometimes the payment provider confirms a little later — refresh the page in a few minutes. Make sure you’re signed in to the same account you paid from. If nothing has changed after an hour, write to support (/me/help) with the date and amount and we’ll sort it out.

Where can I get a receipt?

The payment provider emails an electronic receipt to the address used at checkout. If you can’t see it, check your spam and promotions folders. Still missing? Write to support (/me/help) and we’ll send it again.

Question 4

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a refund request to support (/me/help) with the details we should send the money to: for a subscription we refund the unused days, for sessions — the ones that haven’t taken place yet. A ref pack counts as delivered once the download opens, so it can’t be refunded after that. The exact terms are in the Refunds section of the offer agreement (/oferta).

Question 5

Why was I charged again? How do I turn off auto-renewal?

Accepted Answer

A subscription runs month to month and renews itself, charging the same card once a month. You can switch that off any time under Subscription (/me/subscription) with “Cancel auto-renewal”. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Question 6

My renewal failed, or I need to change my card

Accepted Answer

If the card couldn’t be charged, your access still runs to the end of the paid period, but we won’t retry the charge on our own. To renew or switch cards, pay for the subscription with the new card under Subscription (/me/subscription): your access extends by a month and future charges go to that card.

Question 7

Where do I enter a promo code?

Accepted Answer

The cart (/checkout) has a promo code field, and the total updates before you pay. For a subscription the discount applies to the first payment; renewals are at the regular price. If a code won’t go through, send it to support (/me/help) and we’ll check it.

Question 8

How do I pay with bonuses?

Accepted Answer

One bonus takes 1 ₽ off the price. Bonuses can cover up to 30% of a subscription, up to 50% of ref packs, brushes and the marathon, and up to 10% of a session with Azat; at least 1 ₽ is always paid with money. In the cart the “Use bonuses” line is on by default, and for renewals there’s a switch under Bonuses (/me/bonuses). You can spend bonuses once your email is confirmed.

How do I sign in or create an account?

Sign in with your email and password on the Sign in page (/login); new accounts are created on the Sign up page (/register). Signing up is free and right away opens the weekly task, the artwork feed and the first minutes of most lessons. We don’t have social media login.

I forgot my password

Accepted Answer

Click “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page (/login), or open /auth/forgot-password and enter your email. You’ll get a link that works for one hour. No email? Check spam and make sure the address has no typos.

I didn’t get the email confirmation message

Accepted Answer

Check your spam and promotions folders. If it isn’t there, send it again from Settings (/me/settings) — the link is valid for 24 hours. It’s worth confirming: otherwise emails about sessions and payments may not reach you, and you can’t spend bonuses.

Question 12

How do I change my email or password?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings (/me/settings) and use “Change email” or “Change password”. A new email address starts working once you open the link we send to it. After a password change you’ll need to sign in again on your other devices.

What’s the difference between free, Basic and Club?

Accepted Answer

Free gives you the weekly task, the artwork feed, posting your own drawings and the first minutes of lessons. Basic opens the whole video lesson archive, task reviews, stream and past marathon recordings, Azat’s brushes, comments and direct messages. Club has everything in Basic plus mini-courses, ref packs, taking part in marathons and reviews of your work on streams. The full comparison is on the Subscription page (/podpiska).

How do I switch from Basic to Club, or back?

Accepted Answer

Use “Upgrade to Club” under Subscription (/me/subscription): Club opens as soon as you pay, and the unused days of Basic are converted into Club days. If you buy Basic while in the Club, it starts from the next period — the month you’ve paid for runs out in the Club.

What stays with me after my subscription ends?

Once the paid period is over, the lesson archive, mini-courses and stream recordings close. Things you bought separately, like ref packs, stay yours, and so do your artworks, purchase history, level and bonuses. The daily warm-up and the weekly task are free, so you can keep your streak going without a subscription.

The video won’t play or keeps buffering

Accepted Answer

Refresh the page and make sure you’re signed in to the account with the subscription: without one, most lessons only play the first five minutes. If that doesn’t help, try another browser and turn off VPN and ad blockers. Still stuck? Write to support (/me/help) with the lesson and the device you’re watching on.

How do I download lesson materials?

Under the video there’s a block of attachments: download files one by one, or grab them all at once with “Download everything as one archive”. iPhone photos (HEIC) are converted to JPEG in the archive so they open anywhere. Brushes are Procreate files — open them on your iPad and Procreate installs them.

How do I get mini-courses and where do I watch them?

All mini-courses are part of Club and aren’t sold separately. You watch them in your account under Learning → Mini-courses (/me/learning/courses), with the player, materials and progress marks. The public pages (/minicourses) only show the programme and a preview.

How do I join the marathon?

Taking part in the marathon is included in Club, and you can also buy it separately on one of the plans on the marathon page (/marathon). The plan with feedback from Azat has a limited number of places. Recordings of past marathons open with Basic, and once you’ve paid, the current marathon is in your account under Learning → Marathon (/me/learning/marathon).

How do I watch streams live and recorded?

Anyone can see the schedule under Live streams (/me/streams). Sunday review streams are open live from Basic, marathon streams in Club and for marathon buyers. Stream recordings open from Basic.

How do I make sure I don’t miss a stream?

Accepted Answer

Tap “Remind me” on the stream card and you’ll get a notification on the site and an email 30 minutes before it starts. To see streams in your own calendar, there’s a link at the bottom of Live streams (/me/streams) for Google Calendar, Apple and Outlook — the schedule there updates by itself.

How do I book a session with Azat?

On the Sessions with Azat page (/personal) choose a format, a day and a free slot, then pay in the cart. Once paid, the slot is yours and the meeting link is emailed to you. Times in the schedule are Moscow time.

Where is the meeting link?

The link is emailed to you after payment and is also under Purchases (/me/purchases) in “Upcoming sessions”. You’ll get a reminder email a day before. If there’s no link and the session is soon, write to support (/me/help).

How do I reschedule a session?

Accepted Answer

In Purchases (/me/purchases) a paid session has a “Move to another time” button. You can move it yourself up to 24 hours before it starts, and the number of reschedules you have left is shown there too. Later than that, or if you’ve used them up, write to support (/me/help) and we’ll move it for you. Rescheduling costs nothing extra.

How do I cancel a session, and what happens to my money?

You can cancel a paid session in Purchases (/me/purchases) up to 24 hours before it starts. A session from a package simply goes back to your balance; for a single session Azat will get in touch about the payment — it can be refunded or moved to another session. A session missed without notice counts as held.

How do session packages work?

A package is paid in full, and when you buy it you pick the date of the first session. You book the rest yourself in Purchases (/me/purchases) with “Book the next session”, which also shows how many are left. Bonuses can cover up to 10% of the price.

How do I post my artwork?

Accepted Answer

Go to My works (/me/works), tap “Post a work” and choose a file — JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC up to 25 MB. You can post without a subscription. The work appears in the feed (/feed) once it’s been checked.

Why hasn’t my artwork appeared in the feed?

Accepted Answer

Every work is checked before it’s published — usually the same day. While it says “in review”, it isn’t visible in the feed. If it was declined and you’re not sure why, write to us in support (/me/help).

Who can comment on and rate artworks?

Accepted Answer

Anyone can browse the feed. Liking, rating and reviewing other people’s work is for subscribers on any plan. You can reply to comments under your own work without a subscription.

How do I get my work reviewed on a stream?

Azat reviews works from the feed on the Sunday stream. You can guarantee your work a place with bonuses — the “To live review” button in My works (/me/works): 150 bonuses once a week in the Club, 600 once a month on Basic, 1000 once a month without a subscription.

How do I report or block someone?

Works, comments and direct messages have a “Report” button — a moderator looks at every report, and after several reports from different people the item is hidden until it’s checked. In a conversation you can tap “Block”, and you’ll stop seeing each other.

How do direct messages work?

Accepted Answer

Direct messages are open to subscribers aged 18 and over, so your date of birth needs to be in Settings (/me/settings). Open someone’s work or profile and tap “Message”: the first message goes as a request, and the conversation opens once they reply. You can’t message Azat directly — to talk to him, book a session (/personal) or write to support (/me/help).

What do I get bonuses for?

For the daily warm-up, streaks, daily tasks, approved works, Azat’s pick, helpful comments on other people’s work, watching streams live, weekly league places, challenges and inviting friends. Everyone can collect them, even without a subscription. You can earn up to 500 bonuses a month (Azat’s pick, prizes and referral bonuses don’t count towards that), and bonuses expire after 12 months without visiting the site. All the numbers are in the rules (/bonus-rules).

How do streaks and leagues work?

Your streak grows each day you do the warm-up, post a work or a daily sketch. Once a week you get a spare day that covers a missed one (you can hold up to two, and buy more for 30 bonuses). In the league (/me/league) you spend a week competing in a group of up to 30 people on your tier (Bronze to Diamond): your score is the experience you earn that week, the top 5 move up, the bottom 5 move down (in groups of 10 or more), and places 1–3 get 20/10/10 bonuses; results come on Monday.

Is the site available in Russian?

Yes: azatnurgaleev.com is the English version and azatnurgaleev.ru is the Russian one. The language switcher in the header takes you to the same page on the other version. It’s the same account on both, so there’s no need to sign up again.

What currency will I be charged in?

Accepted Answer

Payments are always in Russian rubles. Prices on the English site are shown in US dollars at the Central Bank of Russia rate as a guide, and your bank decides the final amount in your own currency.

How do I delete my account or one of my works?

Accepted Answer

You can delete a work yourself in My works (/me/works) — there’s a Delete button under each card. To delete the whole account, write to support (/me/help) while signed in. If you have a subscription, cancel auto-renewal first under Subscription (/me/subscription). Bonuses are lost when an account is deleted, and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

What data do you keep about me?

Your name, email, date of birth if you’ve added it, the works you post and your payment history. We never get your card details — the payment provider handles them. The full picture is in the privacy policy (/privacy), and to correct your data or withdraw consent, write to support (/me/help).

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Reminder emails have an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom — once you use it, they stop. Emails about payments, access and your sessions will keep coming so you don’t miss anything important.
