Why was I charged again? How do I turn off auto-renewal?

A subscription runs month to month and renews itself, charging the same card once a month. You can switch that off any time under Subscription (→ Subscription) with “Cancel auto-renewal”. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.
