How do I cancel a session, and what happens to my money?

You can cancel a paid session in Purchases (→ Purchases) up to 24 hours before it starts. A session from a package simply goes back to your balance; for a single session Azat will get in touch about the payment — it can be refunded or moved to another session. A session missed without notice counts as held.
