My renewal failed, or I need to change my card

If the card couldn’t be charged, your access still runs to the end of the paid period, but we won’t retry the charge on our own. To renew or switch cards, pay for the subscription with the new card under Subscription (→ Subscription): your access extends by a month and future charges go to that card.
