How do I delete my account or one of my works?

You can delete a work yourself in My works (→ My works) — there’s a Delete button under each card. To delete the whole account, write to support (→ Help) while signed in. If you have a subscription, cancel auto-renewal first under Subscription (→ Subscription). Bonuses are lost when an account is deleted, and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
