Can I get a refund?

Yes. Send a refund request to support (→ Help) with the details we should send the money to: for a subscription we refund the unused days, for sessions — the ones that haven’t taken place yet. A ref pack counts as delivered once the download opens, so it can’t be refunded after that. The exact terms are in the Refunds section of the offer agreement (→ Terms of service).
