Hi!
Today we’re drawing the head of an elderly man as a linear construction, from a photo reference (attached to the post).
The process itself took me three hours. Working from the photo and the video, you can practice drawing the head as a form in space. Note that the value relationships in the drawing are conventional — we don’t copy them one to one, we work for volume and the big form. At the end you can add a light pass of color.
