Timelapse. Drawing lips with the tongue

I always push people to practice more — that’s how you learn to draw well. Same with the portrait: the more different parts of the face in different positions you draw, the better your portraits get.

Today I recorded a timelapse for you where I draw lips, and with the tongue too! Watch the form and volume of the tongue — you want to bring it out with hatching and line, accenting the places where the form turns and folds over.
